GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This Privacy Policy describes the way in which we handle Personal Data collected via the website https://centrumdronowe.pl/, belonging to Centrum Usług Dronowych Sp. z o.o., which refer to the provisions of this policy (“Websites”), as well as Personal Data collected via electronic mail (e-mail) or other means of electronic communication.

- Your Personal Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”.
- All terms written with a capital letter (eg Website, Personal Data) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Regulations available at https://centrumdronowe.pl/, unless the content of this Privacy Policy expressly provides otherwise.
LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSES, RULES AND TIME OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA ON THE WEBSITE
- The Administrator processes your Personal Data to the extent necessary to provide individual services offered by the Website.

- in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest (i.e. protection of his rights; Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR); in this case, we process Personal Data until the deadlines for pursuing claims expire;
- for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (i.e. analysis of the activity of people using the Website, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionality of the Website; Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), in this case Personal Data are processed on the basis of an additional legal basis (e.g. allowing the processing of Personal Data in order to perform the contract) – if the Administrator loses this basis, the Personal Data will be anonymised;

- The scope of the indicated data complies with the principle of minimization. Failure to provide the above data prevents the use of the Website’s services.
After the expiry of the processing period, your Personal Data is immediately deleted or anonymized.
- In connection with the implementation of the Transaction, your Personal Data will be disclosed to external partners, recipients, in particular entities responsible for the operation of IT systems, entities operating courier or postal services, banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting services, marketing agencies and entities related to the Administrator. The administrator does not process your Personal Data in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling), except for the information contained in cookies.

– the right to access your Personal Data (e.g. to obtain information on what kind of Personal Data are processed by the Administrator, to receive a copy of your Personal Data);
– the right to request that your Personal Data be corrected, updated or rectified;
– the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data if it is incomplete, out of date, untrue or has been collected in violation of the law or is unnecessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected; notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the option to delete your account on the Website (however, this is not tantamount to deleting your Personal Data);
