GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Privacy Policy describes the way in which we handle Personal Data collected via the website https://centrumdronowe.pl/, belonging to Centrum Usług Dronowych Sp. z o.o., which refer to the provisions of this policy (“Websites”), as well as Personal Data collected via electronic mail (e-mail) or other means of electronic communication.
  2. The administrator of Personal Data of Website users is Grzegorz Łobodziński operating under the name: Centrum Usług Dronowych Sp. z o.o., address: ul. Przybyszowska 17, 35 – 213 Rzeszów, Rzeszów commune, Rzeszów poviat, voivodeship Podkarpackie, entered into KRS 0000780638, NIP: 8133809868, REGON: 383034976, hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”.

Your Personal Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”.
  4. All terms written with a capital letter (eg Website, Personal Data) should be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Regulations available at https://centrumdronowe.pl/, unless the content of this Privacy Policy expressly provides otherwise.

LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSES, RULES AND TIME OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA ON THE WEBSITE

  1. The Administrator processes your Personal Data to the extent necessary to provide individual services offered by the Website.
  2. Your Personal Data is processed by the Administrator:
  3. in order to provide services by electronic means in the provision of services via the Internet – the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is the necessity of processing to perform the contract (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR), in this case we process Personal Data for the duration of the contract and until the deadlines for pursuing claims have expired;
  4. in order to consider complaints and complaints related to the concluded Transactions – the basis for the processing of Personal Data is the necessity to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR), in this case, we process Personal Data for one year from the end of the warranty period or your rights resulting from it;
  5. in order to possibly establish, investigate or defend against claims – the legal basis for processing is the Controller’s legitimate interest (i.e. protection of his rights; Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR); in this case, we process Personal Data until the deadlines for pursuing claims expire;
  6. for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (i.e. analysis of the activity of people using the Website, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionality of the Website; Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), in this case Personal Data are processed on the basis of an additional legal basis (e.g. allowing the processing of Personal Data in order to perform the contract) – if the Administrator loses this basis, the Personal Data will be anonymised;

The administrator may process your following Personal Data:

  6. Tax identification number (if applicable),

After the expiry of the processing period, your Personal Data is immediately deleted or anonymized.

In connection with the implementation of the Transaction, your Personal Data will be disclosed to external partners, recipients, in particular entities responsible for the operation of IT systems, entities operating courier or postal services, banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting services, marketing agencies and entities related to the Administrator. In the event of providing information about the person using the Website by a competent authority or a third party, the Administrator will provide your Personal Data, if such an obligation results from applicable law. The Administrator does not transfer your Personal Data to a third country or an international organization outside the European Economic Area.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN AN AUTOMATED MANNER

The administrator does not process your Personal Data in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling), except for the information contained in cookies.

YOUR PERMISSIONS

  1. In accordance with the provisions of the GDPR, you have the following rights related to the control of the processing of your Personal Data:

– the right to access your Personal Data (e.g. to obtain information on what kind of Personal Data are processed by the Administrator, to receive a copy of your Personal Data);

– the right to request that your Personal Data be corrected, updated or rectified;

– the right to request the deletion of your Personal Data if it is incomplete, out of date, untrue or has been collected in violation of the law or is unnecessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected; notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the option to delete your account on the Website (however, this is not tantamount to deleting your Personal Data);

– the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data – in Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (e.g. if it is considered that the processing of your Personal Data violates the provisions of the GDPR or other provisions on the protection of Personal Data);

– the right to request the restriction of the processing of your Personal Data;

– the right to object to the processing of your Personal Data if the processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Administrator or for direct marketing.

The administrator takes all steps to ensure that the entities cooperating with him guarantee the application of appropriate security measures, whenever they process personal data at the request of the Administrator.
