GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This Privacy Policy describes how we handle Personal Data collected through the website https://centrumdronowe.pl/, owned by Drone Service Center Ltd. that links to the provisions of this policy (the "Websites"), as well as Personal Data collected via electronic mail (e-mail) or other electronic means of communication.
- The Administrator of the Personal Data of the users of the Websites is Grzegorz Lobodzinski operating under the company: Centrum Usług Dronowych Sp. z o.o., address: 17 Przybyszowska Street, 35 - 213 Rzeszów, Municipality of Rzeszów, County of Rzeszów, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, registered in the National Court Register 0000780638 , NIP: 8133809868, REGON: 383034976 , hereinafter referred to: "Administrator".
- Your Personal Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to: "RODO".
- All capitalized terms (e.g., Service, Personal Information) shall be understood as defined in the Terms and Conditions available at https://centrumdronowe.pl/, unless otherwise expressly stated in the body of this Privacy Policy.
LEGAL BASIS, PURPOSES, PRINCIPLES AND DURATION OF PROCESSING OF YOUR DATA ON THE SITE
- The Administrator processes your Personal Data to the extent necessary to provide the various services offered by the Service.
- Your Personal Data is processed by the Administrator:
- in order to provide services electronically in the provision of services via the Internet - the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is the necessity of the processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), in this case we process Personal Data for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of the time limits for claims;
- in order to handle complaints and claims related to the Transactions concluded - the basis for the processing of Personal Data is the necessity to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) RODO), in this case we process Personal Data for one year after the expiration of the warranty period or the realization of your rights arising from it;
- for the purpose of possibly establishing, investigating or defending against claims - the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (i.e. protection of one's rights; Article 6(1)(f) RODO); in this case, we process Personal Data until the expiration of the time limits for claims;
- for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (i.e. analysis of the activity of people using the Service, as well as their preferences in order to improve the functionality of the Service; Article 6 (1) (f) RODO), in this case Personal Data is processed on an additional legal basis (e.g. allowing the processing of Personal Data for the performance of a contract) - in case the Administrator loses this basis, the Personal Data will be anonymized;
- in order to fulfill a statutory obligation incumbent on the Administrator, arising in particular from tax and accounting regulations - the legal basis for processing is a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA); in this case, Personal Data is processed until the expiration of the statute of limitations for tax liabilities;
- for the Administrator's marketing purposes: - if marketing activities are carried out without the use of electronic communication means, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator related to the promotion of its activities (Article 6(1)(f) RODO in conjunction with Recital 43 RODO. with recital 43 of the RODO), Personal Data is processed until you make an effective objection;
- if marketing activities are carried out with the use of electronic communication means, the legal basis for processing is the consent to such activities (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO and provisions of other legal acts requiring such consent); Personal Data is processed until you withdraw your consent.
- The Administrator may process your following Personal Data:

- Tax Identification Number ( if applicable),
- Company address ( if applicable).
- The scope of the indicated data is in accordance with the principle of minimization. Failure to indicate the above data makes it impossible to use the services of the Website.
After the expiration of the processing period, your Personal Data is immediately deleted or anonymized. - In connection with the execution of the Transaction, your Personal Data will be disclosed to external partners, recipients, in particular, entities responsible for the operation of IT systems, entities conducting courier or postal services, banks and payment operators, entities providing accounting services, marketing agencies and entities affiliated with the Administrator. In the event of a request for the provision of information concerning a person using the Service by a competent authority or a third party, the Administrator will provide your Personal Data if such an obligation arises under applicable law. The Administrator does not transfer your Personal Data to a third country or international organization outside the European Economic Area.
PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA IN AN AUTOMATIZED METHOD
The Administrator does not process your Personal Data in an automated manner (including profiling), except for the information contained in cookies.

- In accordance with the provisions of the RODO, you have the following rights related to the control of the processing of your Personal Data:
- The right to access the content of your Personal Data (including, but not limited to, obtaining information on what type of Personal Data is processed by the Administrator, receiving a copy of your Personal Data);
